Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the "Terms & Conditions"), the following terms have the meanings set forth below:
- Announcement: Refers to all elements and data (including visual, textual, sound, photographs, drawings) presented by an Advertiser under their sole responsibility, intended for buying, renting, or selling a product or service, and published on the Website and Mobile Site.
- Advertiser: Any individual or legal entity, of legal age, who registers an account on the Website and posts an announcement. Advertisers must be logged into their Personal Account to submit and manage their listings. Creating an initial announcement automatically establishes a Personal Account.
- Personal Account: A free account that any Advertiser must create to post, manage, and view their listings on the Website.
- In2Souk: The company operating and managing the Website and Mobile Site for Morocco.
- Customer Service: The department within In2Souk that provides support and information to Advertisers. It can be contacted via email by using the link provided on the Website and Mobile Site.
- In2Souk Service: The services offered by In2Souk to Users and Advertisers through the Website and Mobile Site.
- Website: The website operated by In2Souk, primarily accessible at https://in2souk.com, where Users and Advertisers can access the In2Souk Service.
- Mobile Site: The mobile-optimized version of the Website accessible from https://in2souk.com, allowing Users and Advertisers to access In2Souk’s services from their mobile devices.
- User: Any visitor accessing In2Souk’s services via the Website or Mobile Site.
Subject
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual conditions applicable to any subscription and use of In2Souk’s services by an Advertiser connected to their Personal Account through the Website and Mobile Site.
Acceptance
By using the Website, Advertisers agree to and accept these Terms in full.
Responsibility
In2Souk shall not be held liable for any non-performance or improper performance of obligations, whether due to the Advertiser’s actions or force majeure.
Modification of Terms
In2Souk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Advertisers are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
